President Trump has announced the nomination of additional judges to sit on the federal bench, including on the notoriously leftist Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Here's the full list, provided by the White House:
Danielle J. Hunsaker of Oregon, to serve as Circuit Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
William J. Nardini of Connecticut, to serve as Circuit Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit
Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha of California, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Central District of California
Adam L. Braverman of California, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of California
Silvia Carreno-Coll of Puerto Rico, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico
John M. Gallagher of Pennsylvania, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania
Barbara Bailey Jongbloed of Connecticut, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut
Sandy Nunes Leal of California, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Central District of California
Shireen Matthews of California, to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of California

Great. Trump is doing the important things, putting in sane judges who rule based on the law.
She doesn’t say, but I’m guessing she is referring to the 9th District Court that provides so many rulings that are overturned. Just a guess though as to who she may have been referring to.

Barbara Bailey Jongbloed is a registered Democrat. Of course, that doesn’t necessarily mean that she’s an Agendanista/Activist judge.
In any case, Lindsey Graham needs to end the Blue Slip process for District Judges just as his predecessors eliminated it for Appeals Judges. Otherwise, in Blue States such as Connecticut, California and Washington we could end up with Judges that the left is very comfortable with.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell got rid of the blue slip nonsense for all Federal judges almost two years ago ... it’s got nothing to do with the Judiciary Committee Chair as it was a Senate rule hot a committee rule (now abolished by Mitch) ...

I wish that were true but IT’S NOT TRUE. The blue slip process was eliminated for Supreme Court and Appeals Court nominees — but NOT FOR DISTRICT COURT JUDGE nominees.
You may be confusing the elimination of the 60 vote requirement for cloture of judicial nominees. THAT has been eliminated for all judicial levels and only 5o votes are now required for cloture.
Break up the Ninth Circuit.
In 2017 Trump broke the record for Appellate Court appointments.
In 2018 Trump broke his 2017 record.
In 2019 Trump is on pace to break his 2018 record
I believe Trump has already appointed 43 Appellate Court Judges
or 24% of All Appellate Court Judges.
If the Two new Appellate Court Judges are confirmed that will make
