What criteria did they use to pick these RATs? I can see the top 3 but Beto? Yang? Did they want the most outrageous liars?

Criteria were based on fundraising, having a minimal number of donors in a certain number of states, AND, getting some minimal.level.of support in a number of public opinion polls.

they had to achieve at least 2% in at least four of twenty-four designated polls and receive at least 130,000 unique donations of any amount, with 400 donations in at least 20 states each ...

really a very, very low bar, so those who didn’t make it were pretty much just total losers from a campaigning standpoint
