I knew they would find a way to dump Tom Steyer - they want his money but not him...

RE: College students like him
Why not? He wants to give everyone $1,000 a month as a UNIVERSAL INCOME.
Heck, even Warren Buffet qualifies by his plan.

Because moderates are being purged from the Democrat Party.
Tulsi Gabbard in particular is going to be drummed out with dishonor for kneecapping Kalama Harris. She’ll either become a Republican or get out of politics.

Sure he’s nuts. I was just stating a fact: college students like him. I hear about this stuff: I have three children in college and one looking.

You think AOC and Bernie Sanders are radical ?
Get a load of Andrew Yang’s plan:
SOURCE: https://www.vox.com/future-perfect/2019/8/26/20833263/andrew-yang-climate-plan
(EXCERPT)
Yang commits to an aggressive timeline for abandoning fossil fuels: a zero-emissions requirement for all new cars by 2030, a 100 percent renewable electric grid by 2035 (its not clear if he considers nuclear a renewable), net-zero emissions from transportation by 2040, and net-zero emissions overall by 2049 (there could still be some emissions then, but theyd have to be offset by carbon-negative actions).
He would set a carbon tax of $40 per ton, rising gradually to $100 per ton, including a fee on imports from countries without similar carbon taxes.
He pledges $4.87 trillion in climate-related spending over 20 years, though climate-related is a bit of a loose term; $400 billion of that total comes in the form of publicly financed campaign donation vouchers that citizens can use to wash out the influence of lobbyists for oil, gas, and coal companies, presumably by donating to the campaigns of supporters of aggressive climate action.
He would end all leases for fossil fuel extraction on federal lands.

Andrew Yangs timeline to zeroing out net carbon emissions by 2050. Yang 2020
He might not win the nomination, but (God forbid ) a Democrat President will make him head of the EPA or the Department of Interior.

How Does this Businessman Poll Ahead of Booker & Beto? 1% vs. 0%? Who really cares about the nuance between far-left also-ran A and far-left also-ran B?
To: Buckeye McFrog
Gabbard is one of ‘em that makes you wonder why they ever got into politics in the first place...

Let’s state the obvious. Yang is Asian and the Dems want as diverse a group (visually not ideologically) of Presidential candidates as possible.
