Travel Alert: Orlando Airport MCO will be closed Monday. Orlando Sentinel

Orlando’s WFTV said the people inland should hold off boarding up their homes for 24 hours to see if this track shifts more east.

Travel Alert Daytona Beach Airport (DAB) will close following the last flight departure Sunday night. This includes rental car companies. Rental cars will need to be picked up or returned after Sunday night at an alternate location.

No question we don't really have a lot of data on the storm but tarpon fishermen are all over the remnants of where the flagler train ran since the concrete remains are still there off fav. fishing bridges like channel 2 at MM 73 at the southern end of Islamorada.My shop is at 82 and the stories i have heard sine 1970 when I moved from Miami to Key Largo now to islamorada are simply amazing.
The memorial referred to earlier is about a mile south of where I am located. A church is nearby and rings their bells every day.

Also much of modern salt water sport fishing has occurred down here and continues today.From the tarpon and bonefishermen of the 30's,40's and 50's to the swordfishermen of today.

Wow what an image Alan. I see this morning where the weather channel which gives out a lot of info in-between spots has totally changed the course of the storm to look a lot like what Bernie Rayno suggested.

Of course Bernie gets no recognition and also like the Russian collusion that went on for two years the drivebys give no acknowledgment to the weakening low which well could be steering the storm rather than the "sainted" Upper level High that is "the" approved steering current.

Sorry, for the political injection(however this is FR) I just get sick and tired of having to put up with the drivebys lying by not covering stuff.

The latest GFS model shows it turning north and heading straight for S. Carolina.

The GFS software was upgraded in June. It should now be just as good and likely better than the European model.
