The solution is simple. We end the Korean war via peace treaty & withdraw our troops from South Korea.
And WTF does that solve? :)
Let them trade openly again with no sanctions so they can build more and more dangerous things?

We can love the guy and think he’s doing great but once we wade into, like i said, “supreme leader can do no wrong” territory, we’re in trouble.

My preferred solution is to encourage South Korea and Japan to develop their own independent nuclear forces. (I know; Japan already has nukes, but we aren’t supposed to acknowledge that.) That, more than anything we say we will do in their defense, will get China’s and Lil Kim’s attention.
