Alabama Republicans are urging lawmakers to remove Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn. from Congress after a series of controversial statements, including remarks about Israel and her support of economic boycotts against that country.
The state GOP passed a resolution last weekend at the party's summer meeting in Auburn calling on its congressional delegation to “proceed with the expulsion process” against the first-term congresswoman.
“Representative Omar has engaged in rhetoric that explicitly runs counter to American values and patriotism by falsely accusing U.S. armed forces of committing war crimes while on mission to liberate her home country of Somalia,” the resolution said.
It said Omar also “dismissed the 9/11 terror attacks waged by radical Islam” and “sympathized with a convicted terrorist” by advocating for “sentencing leniency.”

This is not the way to go. Ilhan Omar was elected by her home district, and the people of her home district are the ones who have the right to select their representative.
Besides,given our society’s massive demographic change and the cultural ascendancy of the Left, we’re likely to see more and more congresspersons of her ilk elected to Congress with each passing election.
Rather than wasting time trying to kick her out of Congress, use that energy to shut down immigration (legal and illegal) because if it continues it is game over for the Republican party and the traditional American nation.

I despise Ilhan Omar. That said, this is suppose to be a country where you can say whatever the hell you want to say. If she’s broken a law, fine, prosecute her! But, let’s not be hypocrites and let’s Forever and steadfastly HONOR the first Ammendment! As Nathan Hale said...….” I despise what you say but I will defend to the death your right to say it”.
