Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden told supporters in New Hampshire that he was "not going nuts" after he couldn't remember where he spoke on Dartmouth College's campus last week.
“I just spoke at Dartmouth on health care, at the medical school — or not — I guess it wasn’t actually on the campus because people from the medical school were at the —” Biden said. “I want to be clear, I’m not going nuts. I’m not sure whether it’s a medical school or where the hell I spoke, but it was on the campus.”
The comment comes after months of gaffes on the campaign trail, as well as some head scratching moments when he claimed to have been vice president during events, such as the Parkland shooting, when he was not. These occurrences even prompted his brain surgeon to comment, saying he's "going to vote for the candidate who I am absolutely certain has a brain that is functioning. And that narrows it down to exactly one."
While the 76-year-old is still the frontrunner according to the average of polling on RealClearPolitics, a recent survey showed the Democrat falling behind Sens. Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders.

I just had a thought, Nutso Joe is the only clown in the Dem clown car that has difinetly said he’s not nuts. Is there a message here we are missing?
