I know what you mean about Portland. I try to race through lest I suffocate from smug overdose.
In a little while, here in freezing Maine, I'll be thinking about being in hot Alabama!! :-)
I do enjoy passing the B&M factory on the way to Tenant's Harbor. And we stop at D’Amato’s for sandwiches on the way home.
Summer seems to last 4-5 months here. I don't mind it because we all have central a/c. But it does get monotonous.
