Yes, that’s what I’m referring to. Only the GOP controlled Senate can stop the Dems ( but then, we are threading on a thin line here what with Trump haters like Mitt Romney ).

I could be wrong, but my understanding of the “Biden Rule” re Garland applied only because the nomination was made in an election year BY A LAME-DUCK PRESIDENT.

McConnell opted to wait until after the election.

Given that the entire political universe believed it was going to be a Hillary landslide, it’s difficult to accuse Mitch of stacking the deck.
