It was 24 years ago. Is there a statute of limitations on this?

I really hate this ancient data mining stuff. I hated it with Kavanaugh, and I hate it here, unless there is not statute limit that has passed.

A lot of Federal Laws don’t have a statute of limitations.

No SOL for fraud.

SOL usually confined to cases where witness testimony is stale, old, forgotten, unavailable, where records are not official.

Lying on official records has no SOL concern.
