Well Steinberg still has to prove there was a fraud and that may rely on witness testimony back in Somalia. If there are official records in Somalia that show she and her family assumed the name Omar, then she may be in trouble.

A simple swab, inside the cheek of all parties involved to confirm DNA is all anyone needs. No other witnesses needed. The best evidence/testimony is physical evidence connecting the dots. The results of a DNA test, provided by the person that conducted the test is all the testimony needed. She’s either family or she’s not.
