Sounds like something that is going to make alot of lawyers rich when customers start being denied because of subjective/faulty/biased data collection - via a litmus test applied by various companies and corporations (the deep pockets) that will be challenged in court and huge awards made to people who’s privacy and rights have been trampled by these chi-com-like neo-commies.
There probably will be evasive action to give reason for denying business access (ie- declaring ‘DENIED’ with no reason given), but clever people will figure out how to trace the abuse and some even make alot of money suing.
Except it can be used to limit your access to financial services now. Example: payment processors like Paypal, Patreon and Chase killing your access if they don’t like your politics. It has hurt Pamela Gellar, the founder of Jihadwatch and the leaders of the Proud Boys.
