Nor will they, FRiend. It is going to be a no holds barred, no quarter asked or given knock down and drag out barroom brawl. It will not be for those that are faint of heart. So plan accordingly. If we lose 2020, we won’t have to worry about 2024. In fact, if we lose 2020, our worries are over.

Ive recently read the law memo that Hillary Rodham and I wrote for the Nixon impeachment, and its very good. Its balanced and makes it clear that conduct thats not consonant with the conception of how the office should operate, including dignity, decency is grounds for removal. It doesnt have to be a criminal offense.
So Weld is saying, we don't need a high crime or misdemeanor to impeach Trump, we can impeach him because he doesn't have a pleasant personality.

How many votes did this just cost Weld?

I don’t recall seeing “dignity and decency” in the Constitution as grounds for impeachment. But Weld mentioning that he and Hillary Rodham wrote that breaches of “dignity and decency” were enough for impeachment is a real hoot considering Bill Clinton’s conduct in and out of office.

How many votes did this just cost Weld? None, because as Billy Preston sang, "Nothing from nothing leaves nothing."

What is up with MA and their former “republican” governors?!
Between Weld and Romney, it’s hard to discern who is the biggest loser.
I’m thinking the Democrats have the governor’s mansion wired for video and caught them diddling boy scouts.

Trump is re-elected and they might try but the military, a majority of the gun owning public and the constitution will be on his side.

Our Elitist Ruling Class:
We don't need "Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors". We don't even need charges, not when it was Hilary's turn. The deep state NEVER gives up, and even elections cannot stop them. Thank God (and our wise Founding Fathers) for the Second Amendment! Fear of normal, decent people is the only thing that keeps these thugs even partially in line.

I think Congress should impeach him.Again, more blather and bloviating about impeachment with no substance. Everytime I hear it I scream to myself, "FOR WHAT!?"
Not one of these jerks who want Trump impeached gives any details on why he should be.

. My first wife is a descendant of a signer and is still loonier than an outhouse rat. It may come with a lot of ancestral in-breeding. no inbreeding in my family. I'm a descendant of spaghetti benders from southern Italy. Also perhaps from the prince of Monaco, by surname anyway (a great grandmothers maiden name). Were trying to breed it out. My brother and I both married outside of that area. But also not a son of the Revolution drop of wasp blood at all and no regrets

Bill Clinton was polling pretty well when the GOP attempted to impeach and remove him from office in 19981999 as well. Didn't John Glen save pervy klinton from that? For which Glen got another ride in space? It was a plain bribery/barter gig.
