Judge Carlos Murguia of the U.S. District Court of Kansas...vacated the convictions of two illegal aliens...who were convicted in August 2018 by a jury for conspiring to encourage illegal aliens to remain here through employment at a drywall company in Lawrence, Kansas...This law has been on the books in some form for over 130 years.

Thanks to Republicans agreeing to the notion that judges even lower court judges have direct veto power over legislation, a foundational immigration law has just been vetoed.
Carlos Murguia is a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas.
Born: 1957 (age 62 years), Kansas City, KS
Appointed by: Bill Clinton
Education: KU School of Law, University of Kansas
FYI
Mexicans ruling for Mexicans in OUR courts.
This terrible decision has to be appealed, to the highest if needed.
The Founders revolted for less.
Paging Henry Bowman.
Naturally
All part of the big plan.
Jorge is a disgusting POS.
They can get away with an organization called Tha Race and if you try to defend your sovereignty, look out! Yeah,it’s way past the Civilution point.
Any Judge whose ruling is overturned because their ruling was repugnant to the US Constitution should be removed from the bench. Period!
The illusion of “choices” given to the American public it seems.
It was supposed to be Bush-Clinton-Bush-Clinton.
They even tipped their hand there.
And then God interrupted the whole thing with Donald Trump.
And the rebellion came quickly and dragged on.
Who could have imagined all of this even 15 years ago?
[ They can get away with an organization called Tha Race ]
Some local low-level city councilwoman (or some such) called “LaRaza” as a “very mainstream” group.
She had to be a Democrat to lie like that.
LaRaza obviously helps illegals break the law.
The Constitution specifically grants EXCLUSIVE and UNFETTERED authority to Congress to establish the uniform rule of Naturalization. It is an enumerated power of Congress under Article 1, Section 8, clause 4.
So
1) Congress gets to decide - everything regarding naturalization. Who can come in, who can not. Who is a citizen, who is not. Who needs to be naturalized and who does not. What hoops a non-citizen needs to jump through in order to become a citizen. PERIOD. Neither the courts nor the States have any authority to change that.
2) I am of the opinion that any federal judge who directly attempts to reduce or contravene the Constitutional authority of Congress can and SHOULD be impeached and removed from their office.
There are failures and then there are frauds..
That Time cover picture has to make you wonder which one is which of those?
Looks like two actors playing their roles while taking care of each other.
Now I think I know why GHWB looked at his watch. He was tired and wanted that scene to end.
A classic case of why a Judge must recuse himself. In this case it is criminal.
What is insurrection...
Actually, Congress completely surrendered its authority on that specific issue to the President.
8 U.S.C. §1182(f)
“Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”
Unfortunately, Trump has only used that authority one time.
The Political Left went straight to a friendly judge and got a friendly injunction.
Trump sent Deep State, career, DOJ lawyers into court to defend case.
As expected, Trump's lawyers have accomplished nothing.
They will still be litigating in 2024 if Trump is still President.
He needs impeaching! And convicting!
NOW!
But, it will have to wait until 2021 - Republicans MUST take the House back — LIEberals do not impeach LIEberal judges!
