My friend... six.
I had a friend last 3 years with it and his doctors considered that a very long run.
He has till around next summer
Graham knows he’s safe on his right when Trump on the ballot. He won’t hold hearings because the GOP doesn’t have the votes. Collins, Murkowski, Gardner, etc., won’t want to risk Democrat wrath in their elections and give POTUS a victory in 2020.
Yes, there’s that. My Mom said that her marriage just got stronger as my Step Dad was getting worse, and they had a lot of amazing talks and lots of laughs that you certainly don’t get when a loved one is taken from you without warning. :(
That said, watching someone fade is it’s own hellish roller coaster ride.
When did Graham say this ?
McConnell has clearly stated that if there is a vacancy, he will move to fill it. The problem is with the Senate Judiciary Committee chair Lindsey Graham, who says he will not push a nominee through in 2020. We will see if Graham can be brought to heel.
She’ll never die. They will eventually keep her under glass like Stalin.
She will need periodical maintenance every few years, but at least she can keep voting.
Ruth, prepare to meet your Maker.
Indeed.
Wonder if the old crone will ever die. Seems like she borrowed some of the 9 lives from her black cat.
Graham is up for re-election he WILL BE brought to heel!!!
What happens if (more like when) a justice’s health deteriorates to the point that he/she can no longer do the job and is unable or willing to say “I quit”? Someone with Alzheimer’s for example.
Wow, if they zapped her and skipped over the Whippet procedure, wow.
Talk about a digital makeover.
My memory from the Kavanaugh hearings and others, is that a vote in the Judiciary Committee is not required. The Senate Majority Leaders prerogative to bring it to the full Senate without a Judiciary Committee vote. In fact, my memory is that even if it is voted down in the Committee, the nomination may still be brought to the floor. Anyone know for sure?
The thing about cancer is that, in many cases, the disease doesnt kill you, the cure does.
Sadly youre right. Youd never see the dims fold like this.
“Does localized tumor on her pancreas equal a primary pancreatic tumor?”
doesn’t necessarily indicate primary pancreatic carcinoma ... my guess is given Bader’s propensity for various tumors to pop up here and there, it’s not an indication of primary pancreatic carcinoma in her case ...
btw, “localized” indicates a small, self-contained tumor that hasn’t metastasized ... a Stage 1 tumor is a localized tumor 2 cm in size or less, and a Stage 2 tumor is a localized tumor that is is 2-5 cm ...
