The plane is full of strangers, and it's not always obvious whether a girl is 16 or 18. I'm not going to condemn someone with guilt by association unless there is reason to believe he knew what was going on. Note: I spent time at the Kennedy Compound many years ago, and I would not want people to judge me based on the shenanigans that probably go on there.

In theory, you could receive a foot massage at, say, a spa from a 16 year old girl who works there and it would be a fairly legitimate thing, but if you're on some billionaire's plane and out pops a 16-year-old . . .

If you're old enough to have crusty toes, you're old enough not to be sure whether she's 16 or 18. Even when I was 18, I wasn't always sure whether a girl was 16 or 18 just by looking. If her story ends with the foot massage, it's unfair to assume he knew more was happening.

You are reading a whole lot more into the story than I see there. I see no evidence that he knew about Epstein’s activities; I follow the news but I did not notice this story until the past few months. I have also spent time around the extremely rich, including receiving a massage while traveling (from a woman who was probably in her early 20s, but I didn’t see any reason to ask and would not have cared if she was 16 and wanted a career in that field because it was just a really good and completely nonsexual massage).
