China’s not the only country exporting goods.
Depends on how you define winning. If the goal was to bring this manufacturing back to the U.S. then it obviously isn’t happening. We’re growing more dependent on imports by the day, just not necessarily ones from China.
Actually, manufacturing jobs so far under Trump are up quite a bit vs falling off a cliff the last 2 presidents. I’d rather be dependent on other countries than China. Also, tariff income is preferable to any other type of tax.
