He’s getting it right. He does need to figure out how more data can get into these checks. Too many ‘nuts’ are buying guns legally. No red flag bullcrap. Reform data flow from FBI or states or schools or anywhere they can to flag people buying who either get denied or get a deeper check to qualify.
Red flag is simply going to become a vendetta for pissed off exes and political hacks.

No. Get the government OUT of gun regulation. 100% of gun laws are unconstitutional. Repeal all of them.
