I am not a lawyer but this will be overturned on appeal.

But the bigger point is that they were found guilty of defending themselves and the alleged ‘victims” , Antifa, refused to cooperate with the investigation.

It should go beyond appeal.

The judge should be censored for allowing this to go to trial.

No victims to appear in court with evidence of injuries? No cooperation from so called victims? “Victims” unnamed, referred to only by made up names?

It appears to me that the prosecution did not want “victims” in court because under cross examination they might have been exposed as evil.

Is this not the definition of a kangaroo court?

They must have had the worst lawyers in all of NY.

Sounds like the DNC’s supposed “russian hack”. Never did let the FBI investigate their server.

What about the defendants’ right of discovery?
