WASHINGTON (AP) In a story Aug. 17 about a forum on issues related to the Native American community, The Associated Press reported erroneously that Elizabeth Warren claimed Cherokee citizenship. She had claimed Native American ancestry.
A corrected version of the story is below:
Democrats seem to be scraping the barrel for every interest-group shred. (Castro is going for ‘animal welfare’...)
On the banks
Of the river
Stood Running Bear....
I heard some audio today where she claimed Cherokee and Delaware.
Didn’t she herself claim that her high cheekbones reflected her Cherokee ancestry??
But the Cherokee Nation complained that tribal nations, not DNA tests, determine citizenship, and that Warren was undermining tribal interests with her continued claims of tribal heritage. Warren apologized and will face scrutiny at the forum over how she handles the issue.
Looks like the thought police failed to correct correctly. Warren has claimed Cherokee heritage before, if not this instance (maybe), and the Cherokee are not amused by it.
Ministry of Truth, anyone?

Does she have something against the Arapaho? Ashamed?
Idaho, Alaska...
It should read: Elizabeth Warren Wannabee
