I suspect Little St. James Island will go on the market soon. Most likely at a lower price then when he bought it.

I've alerted my millionaire friend to have his real estate people keep their eyes open.
He's always wanted an Island.

He also always wanted a castle. He did buy one in Germany, but after a year he got bored with it, so sold it.

He also liked classic Jaguars, so bought several. Must me nice to not worry about a million here or there.
