I cant fathom why you posted this to this thread but it does bring to mind the trilogy which I last read about 30 years ago.
I cant for the life of me remember any mention in the trilogy of what happened to the Dwarf-lord rings.
Do you remember any explanation by Tolkien of the fate of the Dwarf-lord rings.
Maybe in the Silmarillion? I tried to read it and I couldnt get my mind in to the book.
