Why should I waste time talking to him when he, of course, is not going to listen to me? Oh, I dunno - maybe because you would be babbling about rainbows and unicorn farts? ...and therefore would be a waste of his time...?

"Serieslee- think of the gallons of fiberglass / composite resins and Toulene that went great not that hi tech boat. Electric Power to the sanders and tools. I could go on and on because Ive built stuff before -"Yep, it would be fun to perform a study of the embodied energy in that boat. All the heat required to cast aluminum parts, energy required to dig raw materials out of the earth, transform them, transport them to an assembly site, etc.
And don't forget about the boat's death! How long does it take all these high-tech composite materials to return to their "natural" state? (Hint - Mankind doesn't yet know how long a fiberglass hull lasts.)

...once the ship reaches port, two crew members will need to be flown across the Atlantic to bring the boat back.
Hopefully it won't be necessary after the Perfect Wave hits it. Thanks E. Pluribus Unum.

Is this the new Samantha Smith? Samantha met her end in a plane crash at Lewiston-Auburn Airport. At least we know this gal would never ever use air transportation. Even to get back home.

3/4ths of the earth is made up of water. Of the land masses on the planet vast tracts are non or sparsely habited. Factor in approximately 60 miles of atmospheric effective range around the whole globe plus solar activity and cyclical global wind patterns. Does puny mankinds industrial activity have an effect on global weather? Highly doubtful. Perhaps regional like city air pollution and higher heat temperatures due to concrete coverages.
Otherwise global warming from man made causes is leftist tripe.

So, the boat is plastic/carbon fiber, with plastic sails, plastic rigging, took a year and a half to build. Yeah what kind of "carbon footprint" is that? Plastic is a fossil fuel product. We are talking a sh!tload of carbon, here.
Have any of these so-called "journalists" asked this stupid little puppet about that? Curious to know whose hand is rammed up her ass, to make her talk.
Just saying...

Anyone remember?
The 2010 eruptions of Eyjafjallajökull were volcanic events at Eyjafjallajökull in Iceland which, although relatively small for volcanic eruptions, caused enormous disruption to air travel across western and northern Europe over an initial period of six days in April 2010. Additional localised disruption continued into May 2010. The eruption was declared officially over in October 2010, when snow on the glacier did not melt. From 1420 April, ash from the volcanic eruption covered large areas of Northern Europe. About 20 countries closed their airspace to commercial jet traffic and it affected approximately 10 million travellers.[1]
Ask leftards to name a man made event like this other than a nuke.
