He’s one of Obama’s people. Still, he might be a good test case for federal charges. Maybe the Portland sheriff who released the Mexican dog humper, too.

I guess not but this jerk of a sheriff should be arrested and charged for ignoring an ICE detainer order.

Nope... an elected Sheriff is the most powerful law enforcement officer in that county. And if they’re from the largest county(population wise), which I’m thinking the Charlotte-Mecklenburg county may be, they’re considered the High Sheriff of the State. Meaning, they have to do some really crazy sh*t before they can be touched.
