Agree, that appears to be about 11 ounces, boneless, and cooked - a nice meal! Still low on saturated fat though (red meat is much better), but that can be made up on the non-dieting days (i.e., the “5” in the 5-2 diet).
I do not know the 5-2 diet.
I will look it up.
And I DEFINITELY suggest meat without CARS!! :)
