I am STUCK now for almost THREE months after losing 30 pounds in 35 days..too fast, I know.
But i have HELD the weight loss.
Fast food is but a distant memory and though I HAVE BINGED several times the past month, binge eating chicken thighs and binge eating mcdonalds are two very different things.
I DO have the potential to binge on terrible foods though.
It gives me a high from the dopamine release.
I stopped drinking :) And I’ve binged more often since I stopped
