In the most recent Democratic debate, Senator Cory Booker called Joe Biden to task for his constant name-dropping of Barack Obama. “You invoke President Obama more than anybody in this campaign. You can’t do it when it’s convenient and then dodge it when it’s not,” he said in what was one of my favorite moments ever in any of the debates.
According to the New York Times, while Joe Biden was seeking counsel on whether to run for president, Barack Obama tried to talk his former vice president out of running.

Sadly, you’re correct. All politics is local as the old saying goes, and the RATS understand that it’s local government that truly has the most impact on the American people. Ever wonder why you see them spending hundreds of thousands or even millions for what we think are meaningless school board or county supervisor positions every election? That’s where a great deal of power lies and unfortunately where a great deal of corruption occurs. Control local government, and then you have a huge influence on local, county and statewide politics! I wish conservatives would start treating local races with far more urgency than they do, and then they wonder why years later kids in public schools are getting global warming and gender/sexual orientation issues as being part of their curriculum.

It cannot be Pence (No offense,I like the guy) but he will be shredded. I am afraid the GOP will do everything possible to have the anti-Trump/#NeverTrump dream candidate like they have wanted all along.

We’re in a place not unlike we were in 1776 - BUT FOR the Divine Providence of Almighty God, we’re sunk. But as in 1776, I think God will continue the miraculous - then the birth of, now the recovery of, America - because I think He wants one last worldwide sweep of souls around the world into His Kingdom - the last roundup so to speak (Luke 14:23) - before it all comes crashing down.
America is a withholding force in the world which will sink almost immediately if America disappears which it will if and when the Diabolical Left gets the Presidency. So the Left must NOT win again for a few decades. THAT right there would be a major miracle. As a light to the world, America is also a key player in this end-time in-gathering of souls to Jesus.
