I will give you a little more to the story Wikipedia doesn't show.
The OFFICIAL story is Gary Webb shot himself with a shotgun with his brains blown out the back of his head. Then he put weapon down. Picked up a large caliber pistol and shot himself in the same area of the head. Blowing more of his brains out. The police found the pistol he shot himself with in a near by lake.
