With several of his Democratic rivals hosting competing events down the street, President Trump confidently told raucous rallygoers Thursday evening in New Hampshire, the state that gave him his first presidential primary win, that they have "no choice" but to vote for him again in 2020 -- if they want their 401(k)s to remain intact.
"Are we sure we're in New Hampshire?" Trump asked at one point, as the crowd roared and he discussed the state's soaring economy. "You have a reputation as a very staid, very elegant people, and you're not acting it tonight, and that's a good thing."
Responding to recent mass shootings, Trump emphasized the importance of mental health treatment and vowed, to sustained applause, "We will always uphold the Second Amendment."
"Now we have a bunch of socialists or communists to beat."

Biden is in the race to soften things up. The polls are designed to inject mass chaos in the Dem Primary. This will drive the Dem’s crazy as they start to attack each other in personal ways, since they can’t do it with the policy differences as all of them are the same. And when they are ripping each other’s throats out, getting more and more vicious by the day, dragging each other further and further into the gutter, calls for unity and harmony will come from their donors and the MSM.
And that’s when she’ll ride in, on her flea bag horse to save the day. For the throne is hers and she has a lot of IOUs out there.

I’m glad he’s using the “C-word.” Socialism is crushing, poverty-inducing and soul-destroying, but people for some reason think it’s something warm and fuzzy and well meaning; on the other hand, calling it what it is, Communism, makes it much harder to put a smiley face on the dictatorship, repression and terrorism that are the reality of socialism.
I’m listening to a very good book in Spanish about Communism and the beginnings of Soviet Russia, and one thing the author said is that Communism cannot exist without scarcity. He meant an artificially created scarcity that allows the state to control its population by restricting the supply of things such as food, heating fuel, electricity, etc. It then allots or rations them in a way that punishes or even destroys those who oppose the state, or is used to attack some symbolic, demonized group, such as the “kulaks” in Russia (it will probably be white males here, except of course for the leading cadre of the party, virtually all of whom are white males).
Trump has got to push the joys of abundance and individual liberty and productiveness, and show up Communism for exactly what it is, stifling, state-controlled misery.

“We are here because we are standing up to hate just down the road,” announced Biden’s New Hampshire Organizing Director Peter Dougherty, 28, of Manchester. “This is our moment, our chance. We need to talk to people now about what (Joe Biden) can do.” High energy and chants of “Go, Joe! Go, Joe!” could be heard throughout the restaurant from supporters and interested voters of all ages.
“He’s experienced, he knows the ropes, the rules in Washington, (and) he understands politics,” said 66-year-old Ann Aernecke of Derry, about the qualities she likes about Biden. Her husband Bob, 65, called the push-back from Republicans who do not agree with Democratic Party ideals “terrible,” adding that the majority of the ideas presented by Democrats are “pro-humanity.”
Both said they hope Biden will be able to win the Granite State in the Democratic Party primary. Manchester resident Rick Giberson, 67, said he is voting for Biden because he likes that Biden is “old-fashioned in a lot of ways, and that he seems to be an honest person.” Giberson said he has followed Biden’s political career, and noted that he “always tries to be the best he can for us.”
