Deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein reportedly suffered injuries to his neck that are more common in homicides than suicides, according to the autopsy.
A report Wednesday evening in the Washington Post, citing two people familiar with the [autopsy] findings, said Epstein suffered multiple broken bones in his neck, including a break in the hyoid bone.
Citing forensics experts and studies on the subject of fatal neck injuries, the Post reported that breaks in the hyoid bone, which is near the Adams apple in men, do occur in suicides but occur more often in strangulation murders.
New York City chief medical examiner Barbara Sampson finished the autopsy Sunday, a day after Epstein was found dead in his cell. But the cause of his death was listed as pending and other officials have avoided directly calling Epsteins death a suicide.
For example, Attorney General William Barr called the Epstein death an apparent suicide.

There is virtually no way that Epstein could have broken bones in his neck with what he had available in his cell. Its a stretch to see how he could even have strangled himself to death
Looking more and more like an outright assassination
“Jimmy Hoffa, The Sequel.”
. . . or not
You’re right.
What they usually do with the limited room and access is to lean forward with a sheet around their neck until they pass out and then suffocate to death.
NO breaks of any kind occur with that method.
If killed first, then they put the sheet around his neck. He wouldn’t turn blue.
We saw his face on the stretcher.
But I have NO IDEA what a face should usually look like after asphyxiation by hanging, if it would look different at all.
I just play a coroner on FR :)
We saw a face on stretcher. It had a hook nose. The face was not blue.
Well that kills the theory that he was replaced by a smurf :)
I don’t think he killed himself. He was only there a few weeks and convinced he would get bail. His home was valued at 77 mil.
He was assassinated (likely) or moved. If moved, by whom. With govt knowledge?
Really ! What a coincidence...
Probably not.
Nobody heard anything, nobody saw anything, they were sleeping and Epstein just leaned forwards passed out and died.
Uh, those broken bones were from the chicken he ate earlier!
Look 4 years and one suicide, even if it’s high profile connected to politicians worldwide, Hollywood and the likes is a pretty good record right?
Right?
They were just sleeping and he just hung himself.
Mhm.

Wow.
Nothing to see here, folks. Let’s move along.
Paper sheets. They are known to be as strong as steel.
There is no friggin way he would have multiple breaks in his neck.
All you you need to do to hang yourself is to wrap something strong enough to shut off the blood supply to the brain. leaning forward with something around your neck until you fall asleep and your own body weight keeps the pressure on your neck till you die.
Some body rang his neck pure and simple.
No expert here but a true hanging with a drop would break the neck, but in a small area wouldn’t strangling by a fashioned noose be more likely?
How many hanging suicides occur from that height? I assume the strangulee would stand up quickly, unless drunk.
Cause of death is a medical issue, not a forensic issue. In cases where there may be doubt about the manner of death, cause is usually determined by an autopsy performed by the medical examiner. Asphyxiation due to ligature seems to be the most likely cause.
Manner of death is a forensic issue. It is determined by the coroner. Suicide or homicide are the most likely in this instance.
