White nationalists could have firearms taken under red flag law proposed by Kamala Harris

Kamala Harris on Wednesday said if elected president she will press Congress to pass a red flag law that would allow law enforcement officials to temporarily seize the firearms of white nationalists that may be on the verge of carrying out a hate crime.

The Democratic presidential candidate's proposal calls for the creation of “domestic terrorism prevention orders” that would give law enforcement and family members of suspected white nationalists or domestic terrorists the ability to petition a federal court to temporarily restrict a person’s access to guns if the person exhibits clear evidence of being a danger.

“We need to take action to keep guns out of the hands of dangerous people and stop violent, hate-fueled attacks before they happen,” Harris said. “By focusing on confronting these domestic terror threats, we can save lives.”

Assuredly, there is contingency after contingency talking points in the works, if and when the white nationalist talking point doesn’t take out Trump.

After reading the Red Flag Laws threads willing to comprise with the Government to pass "good" Red Flag Laws. In the hopes that they will prevent mentally people from getting a gun. Well, for once the Government is right. They will keep mentally ill people except for those who work for the Government from getting a gun. They will also get yours and keep you from getting a gun. The more sane solution would be to confine mentally ill people in order to care fore them, treat them, and protect them from themselves.

Just for the hell of it: There are more people killed by shooting one night in Chicago than was killed in both these shootings. Not a eyebrow is raised. And this continues night after night.

A "nationalist" is one who loves their country. That has nothing to do skin color or ethnicity. I.E. America First! It's the opposite of a globalist.
