She was obviously not the woman for the job.
Under her watch she allowed the highest profile prisoner in the US got “suicided.”

This prison obviously suffered a breakdown in official policy.

Then, she sued AG Eric Holder for employment discrimination in 2013 (Mississippi SD, # 3:13-cv-00017 ), resolved the case in 2016, and saw her career blossom into federal prison administration at the GS-14 level, i.e., in the top 10% of federal payscale, thereafter.
Yeah I’ve seen all that. Now that we are being told that Shirley whats-her-name was not the warden I am still interested in what role she did play in that prison system. Her name popped up early on for some reason.
Surely Shirley was involved somehow.
