Having worked in Special Housing units during my corrections career, if there was screaming coming from his cell, the inmates in the surrounding cells they would be making a lot of noise to alert the officers. They’d not only be yelling, they’d be banging something on the iron doors in order to let staff know that something was going on. Any other inmates on the unit will most definitely be interviewed separately about the incident...if they haven’t already been.
Was the yelling coming from the people trying to revive Epstein?
Or, if they were not moved off the entire floor— prior to this “event”. And, if so— where would they have been moved to— and how could this be done with existing staff (and not a special call out of personnel)?
