If no one entered the cell then by default it was a suicide. The specifics can be inferred from the implements and position in which he was found.
Someone suggested poison...I would certainly look into that idea.
poison... or alternatively, odorless inert gas through a hose, snaked into a side vent...

That is brilliant. I just read on another thread that they think there were no cameras pointing inside the cell but only at the door.
Even if there were no cameras pointing in the cell and if the cameras were only pointing out the door then whoever came through could be suspect unless of course they drugged him or poisoned his food. If only we could get a real Autopsy and not a fake.
