I’ve been saying since this thing came up; Most States have never seen federal $$$$ they didn’t like. They pilfer half of it or more and federal $$$ is how our education system got so screwed up.
These Red Flag laws are a real problem. If someone is a danger to themselves and the police can convince a judge the same, that person should be hospitalized. Confiscation won’t stop a determined person from obtaining a firearm. How would the police know they got all the guns without some form of registry.

They claim to figure with red flag laws what and who is doing what ahead of time, but then claim they cannot figure. Motive in the Vegas shooter, like there is no motive so they cannot figure even if there was a massacre or something... like it cannot be proven as illegit . Some sick people in the deep state.
