In the photo, notice epstein's hands. Isn't it a strange way to rest a dead man's hands... if he's dead? His arms are hanging outside the gurney and it appears he's holding unto something...
or
If he has been dead already for a few hours, his arms are frozen in a strange position. Would they be able to bend at elbows?
His face seems too ed for him to be dead.
