I'm siding with this. Considering his face was uncovered on the gurney, the need was for witnesses. I think the dead body was a double. Also, one would think that after his first "suicide" attempt, they'd move him to a more secure location, they didn't. Probably because it would have been easier to do a switcheroo .... wait! maybe it wasn't epstein under suicide watch at all but his double! he had already been removed to a secure undisclosed location. The double needed to be off-ed so that the hill/bill group would relax and get their guard down.
