Cenk Uygur, Mark Thompson, and John Iadarola, hosts of The Young Turks, say Republicans are getting more fascist by the day. Uygur said by nature conservatives are authoritarian so they want a leader to take over and lead.

They just don't fundamentally believe in the concept of democracy as much as we do. You can go ahead and cry about that but that's the nature of conservativism that you believe in authoritarianism way more than progressives do. Progressives believe that we have to care more about what everybody thinks. That's what you make fun of all the time, right, if you're a conservative. So own it...

Fair enough on that particular point. Democracy gives people like Cenk the same right to participate in the system as sane people. I have to admit that such a concept is pretty flawed.
I watched a few videos of Cenk. He comes across as a brutal thug who will punch anybody who disagrees with him.
The headline does bring to mind that President Trump better train his replacement during his second term. Right now, I’m not sure who would be able to pick up the mantle after his eight years are up.
There was a Facebook ad today to subscribe to their show, etc. I took great delight at letting them know what I thought about them, and marking the ad as offensive.
One of these days Facebook is going to dump me from marking all leftist ads offensive - and then there’s the Moslem one I just got about sharia-compliant home loans.
