Comey told the public there was a counterintelligence investigation of the Trump campaign.
McCabe stated a criminal investigation of Trump the day after Trump fired Comey.
Rosenstein appointed Mueller SC, violating DOJ regulations.
Mueller kept the hoax alive for two year. Issued a report that violated DOJ regulations, and said Trump was guilty until proven innocent.
These players represent business as usual in the DOJ and FBI. Totally corrupt institutions.
Hoping that Trump loses and the Dem President will hire them all back.
Still waiting for those documents to be released, some arrests, indictments, something from Barr AG. Running out the clock I am sure.
Having inside information on how the whole get-Trump movement got going, including especially that Obama knew about the plot from the beginning, means never having to go without something to blackmail the government into giving you whatever you want, including your job back.......

Stop! They are doing this because they KNOW that Barr is going to INDICT them, and this lawsuit enables them to tell SAPS that it’s just in retaliation for the lawsuit!!

This sounds like a stalling tactic by the deepstate actors.
Maybe they can manage these lawsuits from prison or Gitmo.

Big mistake on McCabe’s part because the lawsuit will open up the discovery process and the judge can force the federal bureaucrats to hand over documents under court order.
They may have judge-shopped for a crooked judge however.
“IG Horowitz” is likely to be plenty-o-buck$ short and years late.
I do hope this is stalling tactics on the part of the DS. They may be trying to legally tie up witnesses or evidence from impending charges, but I think the resolution of a criminal case will take precedence over any of these non-criminal torts. The only thing I see out of this as a tactic is to stir up the hard left public opinion and make charges that any criminal charges coming are political and retaliatory.
as the top law enforcer in the country the President could fire or have fired these two traitors for wearing the wrong color shoes. Case dismissed.
