7 Aug: Fox News: MSNBC’s Brian Williams fails to push back on ‘insane, tinfoil hat conspiracy’ theory linking Trump, Hitler
by Brian Flood; Fox News’ Lukas Mikelionis contributed to this report
Political satirist and “No Things Considered” host Tim Young told Fox News that it’s “scary to think that Williams was once one of the most trusted names in news” prior to his demotion to MSNBC.
“Now he’s peddling insane, tinfoil hat conspiracy theories,” Young said. “What’s even scarier is that there are clearly producers and news executives that see nothing wrong with sowing this type of disinformation and conspiracy.”...

NewsBusters managing editor Curtis Houck called Figliuzzi’s claim “one of the more crazy and factually challenged takes you’ll ever see” on cable news.
“Just when you think you’ve seen it all with the liberal media, they find a way to surprise you,” Houck told Fox News. ‘But then again, nothing is outside the imagination of Lyin’ Brian Williams so of course Figliuzzi’s craziness seemed totally plausible.”

Brian Williams has good hair and resonant voice, that is his only real claim to being a newsman. As long as he reads lines put in front of him, he is fine. When he starts speaking for himself he immediately gets into trouble, either lying or saying crazy stuff (or allowing it to be said).

He was always this guy, they just hid it better. But they knew, and they loved him for it. All of his replacements have been the same, staged to look sober and reasonable while really being crazy radical leftists underneath the perfect hair.
