Well, it outta be. But I'm pretty sure that if you openly carry an "assault" rifle around here in NJ you would be arrested.

I like many others used to think the 2nd amendment protected our first 1st amendment rights. I am now starting to think that the 2nd amendment protects us from the 1st amendment.
Why not start at the top, do away with the 1st Amendment? Hell, it’ll be a utopia if we just do away with the entire bill of rights and the Constitution!
