If you do not know how t use your 3 inch pocket knife as a weapon you need a better imagination or better training
And, if something should happen to go down INSIDE the venue, one person with a 3-inch knife can make a difference in the number of injured.
Not the point... The point is whether the state even considers it as a controlled weapon or not. Until then it is not a weapon by code. Of course it can be, so can a rolled up paper magazine, but until you are guilty of using as such it is just a paper magazine.
