Dayton mass shooter Connor Betts was reportedly spotted carrying a gun and protesting at a Ku Klux Klan rally earlier this year.
The 24-year-old was among the 500 to 600 counter-protesters who attended the May 25 event in opposition of the KKK, according to the Dayton Daily News.
He spoke briefly with a reporter — wielding a semi-automatic, AR-style gun similar to the one he used in this past weekend’s shooting, the newspaper says.

The article said there were only 9 KKK members in attendance. Of course most of them were probably undercover FBI agents/operatives. /NOT SATIRE!

KKK seems to be a small group of ineffective ideologues. I read somewhere that Antifa has incorporated them into their group and the few KKK radicals are now active with Antifa. I have no idea whether true or not.

The May 25 rally attracted about 500 to 600 counter-protesters who opposed the nine Klansman who came from Indiana and protested in Courthouse Square. The counter-protest group was fenced off away from the Klansman and several people in the crowd were seen carrying firearms.Betts wore a bandanna covering part of his face and sunglasses. He spoke briefly with a reporter in the crowd during the event. He carried a gun which appeared to be similar in style to the one used in Sunday’s shooting.

At the same time, a significantly larger demonstration from the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense, the antifa movement and demonstrators from the Dayton and Miami Valley Chapters of Black Lives Matter, is expected to counter the KKK. A local New Black Panther Party leader said he expected that some designated members of his group would be carrying legal firearms.
How many shootings has the KKK (as bad as it is) pulled-off in the last decade in comparison to those of Muslims, leftists, and local urban bad boys?
