What possible legitimate reason could there be for these terrorists to be released?
If this absurd ruling stands, other terrorists will also be free to do whatever they want.

They not only reaffirmed the judgement from more than 10 years ago they did it TWICE and then some appellate judge interviews some non-citizens in another country without cross examination and that hearsay is enough to overturn the conviction?!
