Couldn't find a verdict in this case. The local paper had additional info that the victim refused to testify at the trial. Doesn't that violate our right to face our accuser in a fair trial?

Accusers can also be witnesses instead of victims. In such cases, victims arent actually accusers.

Has Milo Yiannopoulos ever appeared in public in a mask and beat anybody senseless? Antifa has and it is on videotape. More selective law enforcement by the left.

Could be.

The Confrontation Clause of the 6th Amendment to the Constitution guarantees the right to confront witnesses, not accusers.

The criminal case is brought by the county or city or state. The victim would be the plaintiff in a civil case.

The case should have been dismissed. Oh, and the shooter should consider more range time.

The prosecution would then have John Edwards, channel the spirit of the victim and testify on their behalf.
