OK, how do we define mass shooting anyway? It has been defined as the murder of 4 or more people. Do these shootings in Toronto and by blacks qualify as mass shooting if less than 4 people are killed by an assailant?

If less than 4 then the White percentage as "killers" drops like a rock.

IMHO the Dayton shooter was out to kill his sister. The others were just collateral damage. Would that remove him as a mass shooter? I think yes.

Great points and if we added in all the unsolved mass shootings in Chicago, it is clear that Blacks have a mass shooting problem. And we all know the culture is the problem.

The gang bang shootings are typically worse cause the gang bangers frequently shoot back. Bullets flying everywhere. And there are numerous false gang ids that cause harm to bystanders. And the gangbanger mass shootings destroy the viability of the neighborhood. El Paso and Dayton will recover. Chicago wont.

A lot of the big mass shootings involved former workplaces. Same as a gang banging incident as far as randomness goes.

Still not the same. If you’re a gang banger shooting up other gang bangers, there’s a parity there that makes the motive somewhat understandable. In other words, the guys you’re gunning down this week over a drug deal might be gunning you down next week over a turf incursion. It’s part of that lifestyle, it’s the rules of the game, and it’s understood. But the receptionist lady and the guy in the cubicle didn’t sign up to face some psychopath with delusions and a gun. They are innocent victims, not players in the game.
