Little people like us get killed or go to prison when we don't bother to obey the law. Eg, Ruby Ridge and Waco. This is why a Navy sailor gets the book thrown at him for taking 4 pictures inside his submarine. I never once heard someone ask if what his "intent" was. The laws only apply to us. The 2-tiered justice system only punishes us, not them. That is one reason we obey the laws. The other is that we are naturally law-abiding and not corrupt, as they are.
