The bodies in El Paso were barely cold when Beto O’Rourke started blaming President Trump.
“He is a racist, and he stokes racism in this country . . . We have a president with white nationalist views in the United States today,” the failing Democratic presidential candidate told CNN all Saturday night and Sunday.
He likened Trump’s “anti-immigrant rhetoric” to something out of the Third Reich. “He is an open, avowed racist and is encouraging more racism in this country and this is incredibly dangerous . . .
“Let’s connect the dots here on . . . who is responsible for this right now.”
CNN’s Jake Tapper cut to the chase: “Do you think President Trump is a white nationalist?”
“Yes, I do,” said Beto.
What disgusting opportunism from a man whose first recorded reaction to the news of Saturday’s massacre in his hometown was a weird smile, quickly supressed, a man so lacking in empathy, he once wrote of his teenage fantasy of plowing his car into two children crossing the road.

Beto is such a clown the tactic will not do him any good. Even his fans see through him now.
From what I read the El Paso shooter is an artifact type who shot brown people to reduce carbon emissions. Seriously. Which is why you see the mandatory 10 seconds of pundit hand wringing before they conclude guns are racist.
How in hell did the left manage to correlate practically the main function of government, to protect and defend the borders of a nation, with racism? How have they managed, pretty successfully, to infiltrate this dangerous idea into so many mush heads?
Funny, it seems to me that a good percentage of “hate crimes” turn out to be “hate hoaxes”, but the lefty rags always make sure to correct that in very small print on page 72, after weeks of speculative headlines pretending to be factual.
If we could take guns out of the hands of Democrats, there would be no shootings.
Beto will exploit anything that suits his purposes. He exploited his wife for her money. His presidential aspirations are done so it’s time to stick a fork in him. He blunders on trying to convince his father-in-law that he has a day job.
I love how this guy led a “silent vigil.” Then he yammered for a while.
