I have a feeling they have hundreds if not thousands of “no show” employees on the payroll who are “connected/donors” who get a direct deposit and lifetime public pension.
That gets really expensive after a while
I don't think Elijah is that stupid. Now the wife's charity's bank account or her company that has practically the same name of the charity or her shell companies or the supposed downtrodden beneficiaries of the charity's generosity—that's where I would look.

The problem is Mr Smoove is that Trump is the only one in elected office who will tell it to you like it is without the BS. A brash and in your face, to the point executive like Trump is what this country has been lacking for too long in many of our institutions.
Not much different than sending charity dollars to a corrupt 3rd world country, oh, except that’s VOLUNTARY on the donor’s part.
You don’t have to leave the USA to see what a third world country looks like. And Baltimore is far from being the only example.

I have a feeling, that money was skimmed from these federal programs and funds. I also believe that there is sloppy accounting going on, which makes it difficult to track down where money is going.
I recall that when Cleveland, with mayor Dennis Kucinich, was on the verge of bankruptcy years ago, that the auditors were finding that the books of Cleveland were not auditable under generally accepted accounting principles. The accounting was so sloppy that they couldn’t do their work properly.
Sloppy accounting can hide a lot of problems and illegal expenditures. But sloppy accounting can also make it difficult for auditors to gather evidence of the financial mismanagement.

The trillions of taxpayer dollars poured into social welfare programs since LBJ’s Great Society movement have done exactly nothing. As long as ‘RATS control the inner cities and the traditional two-parent family remains in collapse, nothing will happen. This is a societal and a cultural problem that no amount of money can solve.
