I thought the story was that their home was burglarized while they were gone.

Now it appears they chatted up the burglar and called the police HOURS later?

If I was their insurance company, I wouldn’t pay.

I am thinking he has something like Arlo or Nest or Ring and talked to the burglar through the camera...BUT that can’t be right because they upload video on the internet.

None of this story makes sense.
